Frequently asked questions
General
What areas does EnviroHauling serve?
We serve Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas from two yards: our headquarters at 9738 Industrial Rd in Justin and our yard at 990 Haltom Rd in Fort Worth. That covers Fort Worth, Justin, Denton, Keller, Haslet, the AllianceTexas corridor, the Mid-Cities, Southlake, Grapevine, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Weatherford and Dallas.
What are your hours?
Dispatch is open 7 days a week, 7am to 7pm. Call (817) 368-4210.
What dumpster sizes do you have?
Open-top roll-off containers in 15, 20, 30 and 40 cubic yards. The 20, 30 and 40-yard are 22 ft long by 8 ft wide, with 4, 5 and 6 ft walls. The 15-yard is our smallest, built for heavy debris and tight driveways.
Do you only work with businesses?
No. We rent dumpsters to homeowners as well as contractors, but most of our work beyond dumpsters is commercial: compactors, scheduled hauling, 53-foot trailer spotting, valet trash for apartments and recycling programs.
How much does a dumpster rental cost?
Price depends on the size, the material and where you are in DFW, so dispatch quotes each job. Call (817) 368-4210 or send a quote request and we will give you a firm price before we deliver.
Can you set up recurring service for my business?
Yes. We set pickup schedules from your actual volume for roll-offs, compactors and trailers, and adjust them as your volume changes. National accounts with DFW locations get one dispatcher for every site.
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental
How fast can you deliver a dumpster?
Call dispatch at (817) 368-4210. Delivery timing depends on the size and where you are in DFW, and dispatch will give you a real window on the phone rather than a promise on a web page.
Can I get a dumpster swapped instead of picked up?
Yes. If your project is still going, we pull the full container and set an empty one in the same trip, so work does not stop.
Do you rent to homeowners or only businesses?
Both. Homeowners, contractors and businesses all rent the same containers through the same dispatch line.
What areas do you deliver dumpsters to?
Fort Worth, Justin, Denton, Keller, Haslet, Saginaw, the Mid-Cities, Southlake, Grapevine, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Weatherford and the rest of Dallas–Fort Worth. See the full list on our service areas page.
Construction Dumpsters & Debris Removal
Do you work with commercial general contractors?
Yes. We serve builders, commercial GCs, remodelers and demolition crews, and we can keep containers on several sites at once under one account.
How long can I keep a construction dumpster?
As long as the job needs it. Call dispatch for the rental terms that fit your schedule, including ongoing swaps for long projects.
Can you place a dumpster on an active site with limited access?
Usually. A roll-off truck needs a long, straight approach and clear overhead space to set the container. Describe the drop spot to dispatch and we will tell you what fits.
Trash Compactor Rental & Service
Can you take over service on a compactor we already own?
Call us with the make and receiver size. We can often haul receivers for existing equipment and fold it into a service plan.
Do you offer purchase or rental options?
Both. We offer purchase and rental alternatives for compactors, along with customized maintenance programs.
Do you serve multi-site or national accounts?
Yes. We work with national accounts that have DFW locations, with one dispatcher and consistent service across sites.
Commercial & Industrial Waste Hauling
Is industrial waste hauling different from regular trash pickup?
Yes. Industrial sites generate larger volumes and different material, so service runs on roll-off containers and compactors on a schedule built for the site, rather than a standard route.
Do you haul hazardous waste?
Hazardous material needs a licensed hazardous-waste carrier and cannot go in a standard roll-off or compactor. Tell dispatch what you have and we will tell you what we can take.
Can you spot trailers as well as containers?
Yes. We also spot 53-foot trailers for high-volume loading. See trailer spotting.
53-Foot Trailer Spotting
Can trailer spotting be part of a bigger waste plan?
Yes. Many sites use a spotted trailer for cardboard and packaging, a compactor for general waste and a roll-off for bulky items, all on one account.
Do you serve sites outside Fort Worth?
We spot trailers across Dallas–Fort Worth, including the AllianceTexas corridor, Haslet, Justin and the Mid-Cities.
LEED Construction Waste Recycling
Can you help with a waste management plan for a LEED project?
Yes. We work with your team on the practical side of the plan: which streams to separate, what containers each phase needs, and the swap schedule. Your LEED consultant owns the credit strategy and final documentation.
Does LEED recycling cost more than a regular construction dumpster?
It can mean more containers on site, but clean, separated streams like metal and concrete are often cheaper to dispose of than mixed debris. Dispatch can compare a separated setup with a single mixed container for your project.
Do you only do this for LEED-certified projects?
No. Any project with a diversion target, a green-building goal or a client who wants less waste in the landfill can use the same setup.
Metal Recycling
Can scrap metal go in the same dumpster as other debris?
It can, but it then goes to the landfill with everything else. A separate container keeps the metal recyclable.
Do you offer ongoing metal recycling for plants?
Yes. We set up recurring container swaps for manufacturers and fabricators, often as part of a long-term recycling program.
Food Byproducts Recycling
Do you take restaurant plate waste?
Call us to confirm. Food byproduct recycling for animal feed depends on the material; production byproducts from manufacturers and distributors are the usual fit.
Can food recycling run alongside our trash and compactor service?
Yes. Many customers run food byproducts, compactor service and recycling as one program with one dispatcher.
Long-Term Recycling Programs
Can you report on how much we recycle?
Ask us about reporting for your program. We will tell you what we can document for your site.
Is a recycling program only for large companies?
No. Any business with a steady recyclable stream can benefit. We size the program to the site.
Valet Trash Service
How many nights a week is valet trash collected?
We set the collection nights with each property to match its lease rules and resident expectations.
Do you serve communities outside Fort Worth?
Yes, across Dallas–Fort Worth. Call dispatch with the property address.
